• The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ

• Customers must attend and pay for five full price soft play sessions at The Grange Community Leisure centre to qualify for a sixth session free

• Customers can only receive one stamp per paid standard session

• The loyalty card is only valid when stamped with the official soft play stamp

• Stamps are non transferable and no alternative activities or substitutions are available as part of this offer

• Loyalty cards can only be used at the issuing centre

• The offer applies to standard soft play sessions only

• Upon completion, the loyalty card will be retained by the team at point of redemption

• The free session will be booked and processed at the till, applied via voucher and a note will be added to the customer’s account outlining the reason for the applied voucher

• Not applicable to Serco Leisure employees

• All offers are subject to availability

• Serco Leisure Operating Limited retains the final decision on eligibility and redemption

• Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse a loyalty card where there is a justified reason
