Terms & Conditions: The ultimate junior summer pass SpArC Bishops Castle

• The Promoter is Serco Leisure Ltd, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ

• “The ultimate junior summer pass” membership is available to all customers until 23:59 Friday 28th August 2026, but may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice

• “The ultimate junior summer pass” entitles a customer to a membership for a maximum of 6 weeks at a discounted price, see marketing materials for price

• “The ultimate junior summer pass” membership entitles customers to unlimited access to swimming, sports hall hire for activities including basketball, badminton, pickleball, junior gym sessions, squash, football on the MUGA, HAF holiday club *if eligible

• People purchasing “The ultimate junior summer pass” membership will not pay the standard Admin or Slider Fee the centre ordinarily would charge a new member

• Please ask at the centre for standard Joining Fee/Slider Fee costs

• Membership price will not be altered should the centre offer any temporary membership price promotions

• Minimum age restrictions apply, see venue T&C’s for details

• Maximum age applies 17 years and 364 days

• Only one membership can be purchased per person

• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers

• No alternative offers are available as part of the “The ultimate junior summer pass” promotion

• Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s membership with justified reason
