Get involved with our indoor 5-a-side league – The SMS 5’s Indoor Football League!
The league will restart again Thursday 6th July 2023! Based on-site in our sports hall we are running weekly fixtures with matches taking place on Thursday evenings – with kick-off times staggered at 18:30, 19:10, 19:50 and 20:30 and 21:10.
You’re welcome to sit up in our gallery to watch the other games as you wait - with all matches being led by our fully qualified and experienced referees.
The Indoor Football League is welcoming male, mixed and female-only teams, but all participants must be aged 18+.
We know that everybody dreams of getting their hands on silverware – which is why the Indoor Football League champions will lift the inaugural league trophy with the winning team also receiving a medal for the mantel piece.
If you’ve not visited us at Stoke Mandeville Stadium before – there is FREE parking available on site, so you won’t need to worry about those pay & display machines!
For pre and post-match, we have changing facilities available with showers and lockers for you to use to store belongings.
PRICING: Each team will pay £35 prior to each fixture – max of eight players (five starters, three subs).
EQUIPMENT: No boots will be necessary – the surface is wood flooring so flat trainers with some grip would be fine. We recommend shin-pads and we ask that your team tries to dress in a similar colour scheme to help the referees - but bibs can be provided if required.
FOOD & DRINK: For after the game, you’re welcome to refuel in our Café to enjoy a drink or some food. We have hot food available along with a choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
