Stoke Mandeville Stadium Gym Refurbishment
More Leisure Community Trust is excited to announce the gym at Stoke Mandeville Stadium has officially reopened after a major refurbishment.
The overhaul has been extensive, with new flooring installed, along with an update to the gym’s appearance. The cardio suite has also been completely upgraded, the free weights area has been expanded and there has been further additions such as extra plate-loaded equipment, a new Multipurpose Functional Rig, Airbike, and Ski Ergs.
James Ewart, Contract Manager for More Leisure Community Trust said:
“We’re extremely happy to have finished the refurbishment of the gym at Stoke Mandeville Stadium. Our recent reopening party went down very well with customers and featured an on-site DJ, who helped us truly celebrate this new era for gym customers at the centre. The new set up provides a health and fitness environment that our members can be proud of – a top-class facility that will take take us into 2024 and beyond."
While this new equipment will be great news to many, some members may be a little nervous about using some of our new kit, which is why we’ll be making sessions available to book a session with our friendly team, who will be happy to show you how to use the new equipment from 11th December 2023.
