Jenny’s Personal Trainer – Dan

Jenny’s Achievements:
Jenny has significantly changed her appearance by reducing her fat percentage and losing weight. The fat reduction is the most important stat to consider as this is what has prompted the change to her figure. Jenny did not have loads of weight to lose but often losing the last half a stone or so is very difficult which makes Jenny’s hard work all the more impressive. Her definition and strength has also increased which allows her to do advanced training sessions on equipment such as the TRX.

What Jenny Says:
I joined the gym about 6 months ago and although I came fairly regularly, I found I wasn’t making much progress and tended to do the same things every time I came. I wanted to get more out of coming to the gym so I decided to book some sessions with a personal trainer. I have been training with Dan now for 4 months and I am really enjoying it. I now know what I need to do to achieve my goals and I have progressed a lot over the last few months, dropping a dress size and starting toning up! I have also been able to take away loads of ideas for exercises and fit them into my own training routines and I am much more motivated to come to the gym to keep up the hard work I have put into the PT sessions.

What Dan Says:
Jenny is one of my favourite clients to train. She has a good level of fitness and strength now which means we can have lots of fun doing a variety of extreme exercises, super sets and pyramids. She always works hard and laughs her way through most of the session which is why she has had such great results with her training. She has enjoyed her gym training so much that she has enrolled with Premier Training to become a Personal Trainer. Keep up the good work Jenny.
