I take a Holistic approach to Personal Training, ensuring the training provided suitably fits the client’s needs and abilities, and that all goals that are agreed are achievable within the time frame required. I like to take into account the lifestyle, nutrition, occupation, exercise and activity levels and the time available of the client. This, alongside my qualifications in sports massage, adaptive training for the disabled person, and GP exercise Referral, enables me to tailor a programme to suit the needs and requirements of the client. I feel that personal training should be fun and enjoyable as well as functional, and that it should complement your lifestyle not take it over.
I have had the privilege over the past years to train many different types of clients with a wide variety of goals including: training for marathons, attaining entry requirements to police and army, weight management, rehabilitation after injury or major surgery, and adapted training for clients with various conditions and disabilities.
