2017  Christmas studio Timetable

  • Wednesday  27th December
    • 9:00 – 9:45 : Post Christmas Circuit  (Gavin)
      • Burn off those mince pies, Exercise off excess calories, Get ready for New year !
    • 10:00 – 11:00 : Body step  (Mirella Charter)
      • Step out of Christmas and right back into a super session.
    • 18:00 – 19:00 : Body Pump  (Mo Kirkman)
      • Don’t let the only weight this Christmas be on your waist, rack them up and pump it out.
  • Friday 29th December
    • 9:15 – 9:45 : Half Hour HiiT  (Gavin)
      • Try something new half an hour maximum effort, short sharp and effective.
    • 10:00 – 11:00 : Body Balance  (Kate Weight)
      • Stay on or join in this great workout to stretch out those aching muscles and set you up for the day
  • Saturday 30th December
    • 9:00 – 10:00 : Body Pump  (Kerry Adams)
      • Start the day with a super muscle workout, tone sculpt and look great
    • 10:00 – 11:00 : Boddy Attack  (Kate Weight)
      • Round two work up a sweat with an Aerobic workout to get the heart pumping.
    • 11:00 – 12:00 : Body Balance  (Kate Weight)
      • Time to calm things down and focus on that core and stretching, your now ready for the new year celebrations
