HiiT Training Has Changed:

Monday : 7:15am – 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training HiiT – short bursts of high energy to get the heart pumping, the muscles burning and the week of to a great start.

Wednesday : 7:00am – 30 minute Circuit HiiT – last day of the week so lets mix it up, a HiiT style class with Resistance sections as well as the high energy cardio, lets get ready for the weekend.

Friday 7:15am – 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training HiiT – short bursts of high energy to get the heart pumping, the muscles burning and get rid of those mid-week blues.
